Each job starts with a look at the house you live in. The quote that follows names the materials and the labour for that property.
You choose which of the four you want priced. We visit, look at the roof or the heating, the electrical supply, and the space the equipment needs, and then we write the quote. You decide from that document. Work goes ahead only when you accept the quote.
A house and a flat are different surveys. A shared roof needs a look at access, the covering, and the cable route. A heat pump needs a place for the outdoor unit. The pages below say what each job includes, and where a funding or VAT figure has already been checked against the official page.
Daylight on your roof becomes electricity for the house.
The visit looks at the roof covering, the pitch, the space that is free of shade, and a place for the inverter. The quote then names the panels, the mounting, the inverter, the cables, and the labour for that roof. A tenement and a detached house are different drawings, so the price follows the house that was seen.

The heat pump runs your heating and hot water from the air outside.
The survey checks the radiators or other emitters, how hot water is made today, a place for the outdoor unit, and the electrical supply. The quote lists the heat pump, the pipework and cylinder changes the house needs, and the labour. You can ask for solar on the same visit. It stays a separate line.
0% VAT on a heat pump install at your home until 31 March 2027. Home Energy Scotland can pay a grant of up to £7,500 towards a heat pump, and you can add an optional interest-free loan of £7,500.

A battery keeps some of your solar electricity for later in the day.
It can be fitted with a new array or added where an existing array and inverter can accept it. The survey checks the consumer unit, a place on the wall, and the cable route. The quote names the battery scope and any electrical work the house needs before storage can be added.

A home charger tops up the car where it parks.
The visit looks at the supply, the consumer unit, the cable route, and the parking place. The quote names the charger, the electrical materials, and the labour. If the supply needs work before a charger can be added, that work is written in the same quote.
EV chargersSolar panels, a battery, a heat pump, and a charger can be asked for on one form. They stay separate lines in the quote, because each one depends on a different part of the house. The roof decides the solar. The heating system decides the heat pump. The consumer unit and the parking place decide the charger. The battery depends on the array and the board.
